The 1996 Mayor's Prayer Breakfast was again held in Wadsworth High School on May 4th. The following participated in the program. Tom Gordon, Wadsworth-Rittman C.B.M.C. served as M.C.; Jerry Osborne, Wadsworth-Rittman C.B.M.C. offered the Invocation. Mayor John Hanna of Wadsworth and Mayor Warren Hardgrove of Rittman welcomed every one. Patty Suppes of Creston performed the solo "Carry On". Ron Amstutz, Representative, State of Ohio, offered the New Testament reading, Colossians 3:5-17. William Batchelder III, Representative, State of Ohio offered the prayer for state, local and national leaders. Grace Drake, Senator, State of Ohio, offered the Old Testament reading, Psalms 33. Kristy Lee Fetzer of Creston performed the solo "Make His Praise Glorious". Mr. Gordon then followed by introducing the featured speaker of the morning, Andre Bernier, Meteorologist, Fox8 News. Mr. Bernier's message centered on the Psalms 8:3-4.
